Pricing & Payment Policy – Éxito Kids

Monthly Fee

  • Your subscription is a monthly fee per child.

Payment Gateway (Paystack)

  • Payments are processed safely and securely through Paystack. 
  • The first time you use Paystack, you’ll notice a small temporary charge of R1.00 (or $1.00). This is just an authorization step to confirm your payment method. Don’t worry — it will be refunded, and then your monthly subscription fee will be debited.

Billing & Access

  • Billing happens monthly on your subscription start date. 
  • If a payment fails, Paystack will retry after 2 days, and again on your usual billing date the next month. 
  • As soon as payment is successful, you’ll receive a welcome email with a link to set up your child’s profile. From there, you’ll immediately get access to your child’s activities.

Failed Payments

  • Access to activities will be paused if payment is unsuccessful. 
  • If there are two consecutive failed payments, your subscription will be cancelled.

Cancellations

  • You can cancel anytime by emailing us at least 7 days before your next billing date. 
  • Cancellations after that may still result in the next payment being processed. 
  • No refunds are given for partially used months.

Refunds

  • Subscription payments are non-refundable. 
  • Refunds will only be issued for duplicate billing or technical errors.

Price Changes

  • If we ever need to adjust the subscription fee, we’ll notify you ahead of time.
