Terms & Conditions – Éxito Kids Subscription
How it Works
- You’ll receive age-appropriate activities every month to support your child’s development from 0–6 years.
- All activities are designed to be fun, simple, and easy to do at home.
Payments
- Payments are handled securely through Paystack every month on your subscription date.
- When you subscribe and it is the first time you use Paystack, you’ll notice a small temporary charge of R1.00 (or $1.00). This is just an authorization step to confirm your payment method. Don’t worry — it will be refunded, and then your monthly subscription fee will be debited.
- If a payment doesn’t go through, Paystack will automatically try again after 2 days. If it still fails, it will try again on your original subscription date the following month.
- You’re also welcome to pay via EFT if that’s easier. Just send us your proof of payment so we can restore your access.
Access to Activities
- Your child’s activities will be available as soon as payment is successful.
- If payment is pending or fails, your access will be paused until it’s sorted out.
Failed Payments & Cancellations
- After two consecutive months of failed payments, your subscription will be automatically cancelled.
- You can re-subscribe anytime through our website www.exitokids.co.za.
How to Cancel
- You can cancel anytime — just email us at least 7 days before your next billing date so we can stop the payment in time.
- If you cancel later than that, the next payment may still go through.
- No refunds are given for partially used subscription periods.
Refunds
- Because this is a digital product, subscription payments are non-refundable.
- Refunds will only be made if there’s a duplicate charge or technical error.
Changes
- From time to time, we may update prices, features, or these terms. If that happens, we’ll let you know beforehand.
